We went to Cebu last Aug. 18 to 22 and we stayed at Premiere Citi Suites Cebu, i recommend this hotel, aside that it's new the staff's are so accommodating and very nice. Plus the prize are so affordable, they even have a good view on their roof deck. Here's a link of their site http://premierecitisuites.webs.com/, the place is at the heart of Cebu, near Ayala Center and some restaurants and fast food chains. I suggest you make reservations first, because they are always fully booked. Take note of their address, since it's new some taxi drivers don't know where it is located. Also, we loved the wifi connection, it's fast and for free. (: We stayed in their Deluxe Room.
